 The Build

The Mobile Sauna is the build that put Kernow on the map. Commissioned by Soala (Henley on Thames) and On Shore (Devon), every mobile sauna we make is engineered to commercial spec the kind of build that runs all year round and still looks the part for the brand's Instagram three years on.

The chassis is a galvanised flat-bed trailer, road-legal, dual-axle, with all the load and weight calculations done before we cut a single board. On top sits the sauna itself: insulated to commercial spec, with your choice of external and internal cladding, with a panoramic double glazed window that turns whatever's outside into the view.

The lights are powered by 300W roof-mounted solar panels — the unit runs entirely off-grid. No mains, no extension lead, no booking based on whether the venue has electricity. The stove is wood-fired by default (because that's the experience trade clients want for their customers).
